Environment Park is the Science and Technology Park dedicated to the environment established in Torino in 2000. Environment Park works to promote sustainable innovation and to support companies to invest in clean technologies. Its activities are divided into two business units: Innovation services and Real Estate services. Within Innovation services it provides expert technical advice in Cleantech related areas: Energy efficiency and green construction, Green Chemistry, Advanced Energy Systems and technology transfer for Clean Industrial solutions.
Since 2002 Envipark offers services in the hydrogen and fuel cells sector, through a dedicated laboratory able to provide tests and technical support to several national and international stakeholders. Envipark provides customers and partners with technology intelligence activities including scouting and evaluation of systems and components in the hydrogen and fuel cells value chain.
Envipark has been involved in about fifteen FCHJU funded projects and represents the interest of local hydrogen stakeholders at regional and national level.
Envipark is the BEST4Hy project coordinator and it is involved in the development of the whole project. In particular, it develops the training plan and the training kit and it is involved in regulation analysis and in stakeholders and policy makers engagement. Moreover, it leads the Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation activities.
This project has received funding from the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking (now Clean Hydrogen Partnership) under Grant Agreement No 101007216. This Joint Undertaking receives support from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program, Hydrogen Europe and Hydrogen Europe Research.
